Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting potential buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting the project, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings. This is a client-facing role that demands strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
Call and qualify leads, understand budgets and requirements.
Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
Explain project features, specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Maintain strong follow-up through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Update CRM/lead sheets and track daily performance.
Coordinate with documentation/technical team for customer queries.
Support sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and presentation ability.
Professional appearance; customer-friendly.
Basic understanding of real estate is a bonus.
Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler license preferred.
