Telesales Executive
to join our sales team and help convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable real estate solutions.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential clients.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and follow-up details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the on-ground sales team and marketing team to align efforts.
Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of telesales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales process and terminology is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English preferred.
Graduation in any discipline.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
