Lead Generation & Qualification:
Contacting potential clients over the phone to generate leads and qualify them as potential buyers or renters.
Property Information:
Providing detailed information about real estate properties and services.
Client Communication:
Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining contact with prospects through follow-up calls.
Appointment Setting:
Arranging site visits and appointments for the Sales Executives to meet with potential buyers.
Database Management:
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with field sales agents and the marketing team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Client Relationship Management:
