We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecommunication & Social Media Executive to manage customer communication and handle our social media platforms professionally.
The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining daily communication with customers, partners, and inquiries through phone calls and digital platforms. Alongside telecommunication responsibilities, the role includes managing social media accounts to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and polite manner
Communicate with customers, vendors, and business contacts for inquiries and follow-ups
Maintain call records, lead details, and basic communication reports
Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and post regular content such as images, captions, and basic promotional updates
Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries on social media platforms
Coordinate with management for promotional campaigns and announcements
Ensure timely responses and maintain a positive brand image online
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of telecommunication and customer handling
Understanding of social media platforms and content posting
Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage)
Basic computer and smartphone handling skills
Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn

Prior experience in calling, customer support, or social media handling will be preferred
