Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as required
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with personal tasks such as errands, event planning, and household management
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or service providers
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Candidate must be familiar with telecalling
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Tech-savvy; proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
English language must be strong
