Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Share project details and generate qualified leads
Attend walk-in customers and conduct professional site visits
Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly
Manage leads from various sources and maintain follow-up trackers
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closures
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented
Ability to learn real estate project details quickly
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, lead trackers)
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum Graduation, Post-graduation preferred
Real estate experience is an advantage
