Telecaller - Sales

Experience Required:

6 months - 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls

to prospective customers and clearly explain product details.

Generate leads

and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Follow up

with potential customers to close deals.

Maintain CRM records

and update customer databases regularly.

Handle objections and concerns

professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets

and contribute to team performance.

Provide after-sales support

and resolve basic customer queries.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).*

Strong convincing and influencing abilities.

Basic computer knowledge;

experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

Target-driven, positive, and confident approach.

Prior experience in

BPO, telecalling, or sales

is preferred.
