We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting potential customers and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Generate leads through various sources such as social media, online directories, referrals, and networking.
Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales and customer interactions in the CRM.
Handles objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Goal oriented with a proactive attitude.
Fluency in Malayalam
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree /Diploma
Experience in Sales or Tele sales field
Knowledge of cold calling and lead conversion strategies.
Ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
