Position Summary: We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive to handle outbound calls, promote products/services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Explain product/service features, pricing, and offers clearly. - Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales. - Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. - Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and scheduled callbacks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - High school diploma/Graduate in any field. - Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred). - Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. - Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
