About the Role:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, showcasing properties, and closing deals. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through every step of the property buying or selling process. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain and expand a database of prospects and potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales & Negotiation:
Present property features, benefits, and pricing effectively to prospective buyers.
Negotiate sales agreements and terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both clients and the company.
Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market conditions.
Marketing & Promotion:
Participate in marketing activities, property launches, and exhibitions to promote properties.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms for lead generation and brand building.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related sales role, with a minimum of 6- 1 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
Fluency in Telugu and English (required). Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
