The Automobile Sales Executive / Team Leader is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Team Leader role additionally involves guiding, motivating, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Executive
Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, and finance options
Arrange and conduct test drives
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with delivery, finance, insurance, and RTO teams
Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM system
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Team Leader Responsibilities
(Additional)
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
Allocate leads and track conversions
Plan daily sales activities and showroom coverage
Conduct regular sales meetings and product training
Ensure team achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution
Coordinate with management on sales planning and reporting
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain booking forms, invoices, and delivery documents
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Ensure compliance with company and brand policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good product knowledge of automobiles
Leadership and team-handling skills (for Team Leader role)
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, DMS)
Knows four wheeler driving
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Experience
Sales Executive:
1-3 years of automobile sales experience
Team Leader:
3-6 years of automobile sales with team-handling experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
