Sales Executives
who can achieve set sales targets and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to work under pressure with performance-linked incentives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new leads and convert them into customers through direct contact, field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Promote and sell
Sense Sharemarket's stock market training courses and brokerage services
.
Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate services accordingly.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and close deals efficiently.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, or local events when required.
Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
6 months to 3 years of experience in direct/field sales (stock market, education, finance, or insurance sales preferred).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Basic knowledge of stock market and trading will be a plus.
Own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for local travel.
Graduation in any stream.
Compensation:
Fixed Stipend / Base (Optional)
