Key Requirements:

Must be fluent in

Tamil

Malayalam

(both preferred) Good command over

English communication

is mandatory Comfortable with voice process and customer handling Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate Must be comfortable working from the

Gurgaon office

Strong listening and problem-solving skills Immediate joiners preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Samsung products and services Address customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support Maintain call logs and update customer records accurately Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments Meet daily/weekly targets in terms of call handling and issue resolution Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards Stay updated with product knowledge and new service features Provide after-sales support and follow-up on customer concerns
