Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for residential projects through direct walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and digital leads.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project recommendations.
  • Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations leading to closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and customer interaction logs in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, CRM, and legal for smooth documentation and post-sales support.
  • Provide market feedback on customer trends, pricing, and competition to management.
Key Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in residential real estate sales in Chennai.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market, RERA norms, and current buyer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in handling high-net-worth clients (HNI) is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
