Job Description

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with retail dealers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities in wholesale furniture and accessories markets to expand the client base. Present product features, pricing, and availability to clients, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and specifications. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales orders. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, industry trends, and competitor activities. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and generate leads. Manage after-sales support by addressing customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues promptly. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan effective promotional campaigns and product displays. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company sales policies and credit control procedures.
