Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting offerings, negotiating deals, providing customer support, and analyzing market data. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive sales mindset, are essential for success in this role, which often involves using CRM tools and collaborating with other departments. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Prospecting for new customers through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and online research.

Client Relationship Management:

Developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Product/Service Presentation:

Effectively presenting company products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.

Sales Closing:

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Market Research:

Conducting market research to understand customer needs, identify new business opportunities, and monitor industry trends and competitors.

After-Sales Support:

Providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintaining client records, tracking sales progress using CRM software, and generating reports to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

Working with other sales team members and departments to achieve sales objectives and share best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
