Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Tatsam Jewels. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed information about products, prices, and payment options.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and by maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the jewelry collections, including materials, gemstones, and design features, to effectively answer customer
• inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
• Order Processing: Handle customer orders, process transactions accurately, and ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, visually appealing, and well- maintained to create a pleasant shopping environment.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Technical: Basic computer skills, familiarity with sales software, and ability to handle point-of-sale systems.
