We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and market our SuperGeo product range -- a specialised line of Geo-Synthetic products widely used in major infrastructure projects. The SuperGeo portfolio includes Geotextiles, Geocells, Geocomposites, Geomembranes, and GeoBags.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven experience in handling sales and project-based work for Railways (Preferred), NTPC, NHAI, PowerGrid, or any similar government organisations. Candidates from the Steel Industry, Pipe industries, and construction chemical industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with infrastructure companies and their contractors, including RVNL, NHAI, IRCON, IRB Infrastructure, ITD Cementation, and other key players.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the iron and steel sector or project-based industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and manage a wide geographical territory.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
