Key Responsibilities Domestic Sales
Identify potential clients within India and develop business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits, follow-ups, and presentations to domestic customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with production/dispatch teams for timely delivery within India.
International Sales
Communicate professionally with overseas clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Explore new international markets and generate export leads.
Prepare and manage
export documentation
(PI, Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, etc.).
Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and freight forwarders for export shipments.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to international customers.
General Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both domestic and international segments.
Prepare sales reports, forecast data, and maintain customer databases.
Handle customer queries and offer effective solutions.
Ensure professional communication and prompt follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills

Knowledge of export documentation and export procedures.
Experience in
domestic and/or international sales

Ability to handle client negotiations confidently.
Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and CRM (if applicable).
