Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Territory Sales Incharge
to manage and grow sales of
solar inverters, ACDB (AC Distribution Box), and DCDB (DC Distribution Box)
within the assigned territory. The role involves developing new clients and dealer networks, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and expand new clients and dealer networks in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell
solar inverters, ACDBs, and DCDBs
to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
solar product sales
(inverters, ACDB/DCDB preferred).
Strong understanding of solar power systems and electrical distribution components.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
