Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the spice industry (B2B & B2C).
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HoReCa clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to ensure profitable growth.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, product sampling, and trade fairs.
Monitor stock levels, timely order collection, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Train and guide sales promoters/field staff to improve market penetration.
