This full-time role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of work experience in sales. The successful applicant will be responsible for optimizing sales strategies and fostering meaningful client relationships within the Lighting Industry.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in sales growth and market share.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to enhance the company's customer base and product reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish new clientele through effective field sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Field Sales Executive (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record in meeting sales targets within designated territories.
  • Channel Sales (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and expanding sales channels to drive business growth.
  • Lighting Industry (Mandatory skill): Experience in the lighting sector to better relate to customer needs and product offerings.
  • Sales Executive: Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively present sales proposals.
  • Primary Sales: Ability to initiate direct sales contacts and develop new client relationships.
  • Secondary Sales: Experience in managing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG): Knowledge of the electrical goods market and ability to position our products effectively.
  • Dealers and Distributions: Proficiency in managing dealer and distribution networks to maximize sales opportunities.
