Job Description

Key responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets:

Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across various regions of India.

Business development:

Prospect for new clients through cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation methods, and establish new business relationships.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales activities:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales deals and contracts.

Market analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Reporting and administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, manage a CRM database, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Travel:

Travel across India for sales visits, client meetings, and to attend industry events like conferences and exhibitions.
Required skills

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
