Sales Executives
to join our dynamic team and help drive the adoption of solar energy across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers generated through telecalling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Conduct detailed site visits to assess customer requirements and feasibility.
Explain company proposals, pricing, and technical details in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the site engineer for surveys, design, and installation planning.
Represent Solset professionally during client meetings and field visits.
Skills & Competencies:
Experience in solar rooftop / inverter / electrical product sales preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Basic understanding of solar systems will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel for field visits.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Marketing.
