Job Title:

Sales Executive - Solar Structure Industry

Manjusar (Vadodara)

Reports To:

Sales Manager / Head - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar structure segment.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, and other

stakeholders.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product solutions to clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, accounts) for seamless order

execution.

Maintain updated customer and sales data in the ERP system.

Track inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and dispatches through ERP.

Conduct market research to analyse competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product improvements, and

business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the solar structure industry (or related

renewable energy / steel structure industry).

Strong knowledge of solar mounting structures, fabrication, and project sales.

Hands-on experience in ERP system (preferably SAP / Tally / Odoo or equivalent).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
