Job Summary
We are seeking a
Solar Sales Executive
to handle the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in any sales domain who are enthusiastic about transitioning into the renewable energy sector. Solar industry experience is
not required
--expecting a steep learning curve.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, digital outreach, and referrals
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
Prepare and present solar quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs
Coordinate site surveys with internal teams and ensure data collection
Negotiate and close deals with residential and commercial clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status
Educate customers on solar energy benefits, ROI, and installation process
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in sales (Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, or similar sectors)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Comfortable with on-field visits and client interactions
