1.

Sales Target achievement

- Achieving sales targets of given territory.

2.

Collection

- Collection of outstanding due from Institution Customers / DSA / Dealer / Customer.

3.

Market feed back

- Collecting market feed back & submit report.

4.

Competitors activity

- Monitoring competitor's activity, schemes and pricing.

5.

Technical knowledge

- To understand the basic operating principle of the product and ability to do simple assembly & dismantling of products.

6.

Product visibility

- Responsible for arranging product display at his DSA / Dealer outlets / Specifiers also displaying POP materials.

7.

Publicity

- Arranging local ad publicity needed by the DSA (Solar).

8.

Network expansion

- To appoint New DSA (Solar Power). To conduct market survey to expand network and send reports.

9.

Project visits

- To Complete all Project Visit lead given by our lead Mangement team. To Contact different Institutions (Hotels, Hospitals, Bungalows, Apartments / Serviced Apartments etc.) for On Gird & Off Grid Domestic & Project Orders.

10.

Consultant / Architect / Builder visits

- To meet Consultants / Architects / Builders to introduce our Products & to create awareness. To generate enquiries & Leads.

11.

End Customer visits

- To visit end Customers as and when required for Sales / Technical / Collection.

12. To Follow up for Net Meter

13.

Frequency of visits

- To make Minimum 7 visits daily (DSA / Project Sites etc.) as per the norms. Should seek guidance from Head & Manager - Sales (Solar Power ) in field coverage of the area.

14.

Site Inspection (Solar Power) -

To visit Customer's site for site inspection & selection.

15.

Estimation for the installation

- To co-ordinate with Manager - Product & Sales (Solar Power) & Supervisor-Technician - CMO to give estimation for the installation of product (Solar Power).

16.

Performance Review meeting

- To attend performance review meeting at branch every month to discuss about performance, problems & corrective action.

17.

Reports

- To submit Daily Sales Report, Monthly Sales & Collection Reports and all other needed reports required for MIS Report preparation.
