Sales Executive Solar

Job Description

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct site surveys, understand customer energy needs, and propose suitable solar solutions.

- Prepare and deliver quotations, presentations, and commercial proposals.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with residential, commercial, or industrial clients.

- Coordinate with the project team for smooth execution of installations.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar.

Requirements:



- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar sales or related field.

- Strong knowledge of solar products, systems, and EPC processes.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.

- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
