Seven Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about clean energy and looking to build a career in solar project sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals for residential, commercial, and industrial solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through field visits, Cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Explain solar solutions to potential customers based on their energy needs and site conditions.
Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI reports.
Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain client relationships and support post-sales processes.
Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager.
Stay updated with industry trends, products, and government policies related to solar.
Represent Seven Solar Energy at exhibitions, awareness drives, and client events.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Engineering or Marketing background preferred).
0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (Solar or renewable energy preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
