Sales Executive – Solar Energy (residential & Commercial)

We are hiring

Sales Executives

to sell residential and commercial solar power systems. This is a

target-driven role

suited for candidates who want high earning potential through incentives.

Male Candidates: Field + Office Sales Female Candidates: Office-based Sales only (No field work)

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer enquiries and follow up leads Explain solar system benefits, pricing, and ROI to customers Conduct site visit coordination (male candidates only) Prepare quotations and close deals Maintain lead tracking and basic sales reports Coordinate with installation and technical teams Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-4 years of

sales experience

(solar / electrical / construction preferred) Strong communication skills in

Malayalam

(English basic level required) Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales Comfortable working with targets and incentives Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email) Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
