Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, approach, and convert prospects via telecalling, online research, and direct field sales.
Engage in client meetings, presentations, and consultations to offer tailored solar energy solutions.
Prepare weekly plans and execute them with daily follow-ups and updates.
Maintain structured reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, with regular review and corrective actions.
Ensure client satisfaction while creating value-driven relationships that contribute to business growth.
Who We're Looking For:
A self-motivated, confident go-getter with 1-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably solar or energy solutions).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a naturally extroverted and presentable personality.
Highly organized and systematic in planning, reporting, and reviewing.
Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and integrity.
Must be open to extensive travel and fieldwork across Kerala and nearby regions.
