Customer Consultation & Site Assessment:Conduct site visits to assess property suitability, gather customer requirements, and educate clients on solar system benefits, cost savings, and government incentives.
Sales Presentations & Proposal Development:Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and sales presentations, explaining technical aspects and financial details of solar solutions in a clear manner.
Contract Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate terms and close sales deals to secure contracts and build long-term client relationships.
Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion:Develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content for various platforms, and coordinate with sales teams to align efforts.
Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest solar industry trends, technologies, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes, including government subsidies and net metering policies.
Collaboration & Reporting:Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for successful project execution and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance
