About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

with prior experience in the

skin clinic, dermatology, or aesthetic industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, converting leads, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from inquiry to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, provide detailed information on treatments and services. Convert leads into consultations and sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain a strong understanding of skincare treatments, packages, and ongoing offers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall clinic growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth client experience. Maintain and update sales records, client data, and daily reports.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of sales experience

in

skin clinic / cosmetology / aesthetic / wellness industry

(mandatory). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong client handling and convincing ability. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets. Well-groomed and presentable personality.

Education:

Graduate or equivalent qualification (background in healthcare, cosmetology, or marketing preferred).

Working Days & Timings:

6 days a week | Timings as per clinic schedule

Salary:

Attractive package with incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
