Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with professionalism. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electric vehicle models. Conduct product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives. Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranty details, and finance options clearly. Negotiate prices and close sales in line with company policies and customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to support customers through the purchase process. Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Stay informed about new vehicle models, features, and current market trends. Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are always maintained in a clean and presentable condition.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor. Good understanding of automobiles and financing options. Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
