Customer Service Excellence

: Greet and assist customers, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs and interests.

Sales and Product Knowledge

: Demonstrate products, explain their features and benefits, and ensure customers have the right gear for their needs.

Achieve Sales Targets

: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Promotions and Events

: Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.

Maintain Store Appearance

: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience

: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a
