Requirements
Identify and develop new business opportunities in sea, air, and land freight services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present freight quotations, proposals, and rate negotiations.
Collaborate with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth service execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in shipping or logistics.
Experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics companies preferred.
