Key Responsibilities
Actively
identify, approach, and acquire new customers
for freight forwarding services
Drive sales for
air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and road transportation
Consistently
achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
Convert leads into confirmed business through effective follow-ups
Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers
Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
Requirements
Proven experience in
freight forwarding sales
Strong ability to
generate new business independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of freight forwarding services and trade terms
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
