Position: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: On-site - Shimla Office

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.

Convert leads into successful bookings through persuasive communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.

Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and market competition.
