Job Description

Job Profile / Key Responsibilities:



? Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their vehicle requirements, and provide suitable car options.

? Conduct detailed product presentations, test drives, and vehicle feature demonstrations as per company policy.

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the used car inventory, Car features, pricing, finance options, and industry trends.

? Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and showroom visits.

? Prepare and present quotations, finance deals, and negotiate pricing to close sales.

? Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with compliance team for loan, insurance, and RTO formalities.

? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

? Generate and follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

? Maintain records of all leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

? Plan and organize market visit and canopy sales promotion activity.

? Attend daily meetings, training and prepare day plan.

? And, all others duties and responsibilities given by the HOD's.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
