Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, and cold calling. Handle walk-in clients at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and amenities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Conduct property tours and assist clients in selecting suitable properties. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines. Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and loan/finance processes. Represent the company professionally at property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Skills & Requirements:



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented approach with good networking ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Knowledge of local property markets and real estate regulations. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
