We're looking for a results-driven Business Manager to lead sales and client engagement for AAC blocks in the construction industry. This role combines business development, relationship management, and market promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and meet monthly/annual targets
Develop relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
Execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
Ensure timely deliveries through coordination with operations
Promote AAC blocks through presentations and events
Maintain client database and provide pre/post-sales support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of sales experience (construction materials preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
Willingness to travel
