Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Sales Executive

to join our team at

CHRONOVEX INDUSTRIES PVT LTD

. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Sales Execution:

Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors. Provide insights and feedback to improve offerings and strategy.

Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Technical Skills:



Proven experience in sales or a related role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Soft Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales (industry experience preferred). Ability to travel, if required.
