Sales Executive

Job Description

Generate and manage leads for room rentals, property sales, and home bookings. Conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings. Explain property features, pricing, and terms to potential clients. Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business. Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM tools. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate/hospitality preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
