Dealer/Disgtributor Network Expansion
o Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors in assigned territory.
o Achieve primary sales (company-to-dealer) targets monthly.
2. Secondary & Tertiary Sales Growth
o Ensure secondary sales (dealer-to-retailer) through demand generation.
o Drive tertiary sales (retailer-to-customer) via retailer support and promotions.
3. Channel Partner Management
o Train dealers/retailers on product USPs, installation, and sustainability advantages.
o Ensure optimal inventory levels and POS visibility at outlets.
4. Market Intelligence
o Track competitor activity (Wooden/PVC/UPVC doors) and pricing.
o Report market trends, customer feedback, and growth opportunities.
5. Sales Reporting
o Submit daily call reports, expense sheets, and sales forecasts via CRM/Excel.
