NPEC is seeking a results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our wide range of steel fabrication and engineering solutions to clients across industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Location: Siliguri

Time: 10 am to 7:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, and industrial sectors. Promote NPEC's full range of fabrication and engineering services, including bridges, tunnel gantries, and structural steel projects. Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and project teams. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product details to prospective clients. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Monitor market trends, project developments, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and pipeline reports using CRM tools. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Business, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel fabrication, heavy engineering, or infrastructure sectors. Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
