We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell share market-related products and services, such as trading accounts, investment plans, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for share market and trading services through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital leads.
Educate prospective clients about equity markets, trading platforms, and available investment products in a clear and ethical manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular follow-ups and support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
Assist clients with account opening, onboarding, and initial guidance as per company process.
Keep records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in stock market, broking, or financial services.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Result-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of equity markets and financial products is preferred.
