Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, assess their needs and preferences, and build rapport to foster a positive buying experience.

Vehicle Presentation:

Provide in-depth information about vehicle features and benefits, demonstrating suitable models to match customer requirements.

Test Drives:

Arrange and conduct test drives, accompanying customers to ensure they experience the vehicle's performance.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate final prices, discuss financing options, and guide the customer through the entire sales process to a successful close.

Paperwork Processing:

Prepare and finalize all necessary paperwork, including sales agreements and finance documents, to complete the vehicle purchase.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on all current car models, features, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed guidance.

Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership.

Showroom Maintenance:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment for customers.
