Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers generated through online/offline leads, walk-ins, and referrals. Understand client requirements and present appropriate real estate project options. Conduct site visits and explain project features, layouts, and legal documentation (DTCP/RERA approvals). Convert prospects into sales through relationship management and effective follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead tracking and customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1-10 years of experience in

real estate

,

automobile

,

banking

,

insurance

, or

wealth management

sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of

real estate process

DTCP/RERA approvals

, and

project documentation

(training will be provided if from other industries). Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven professional. Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate domain.
