Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target potential customers in the industrial sector, including manufacturing companies, construction firms, and other industrial businesses.
Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales and marketing activities, and follow up on leads to qualify opportunities and convert them into sales.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our machinery and equipment, and address customer questions and concerns.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to customers, negotiate terms and pricing, and close sales to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviours, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery, installation, and support of machinery and equipment sold to customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and provide feedback and insights to management to support business decision-making.
