We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team at
Global Edifice Infra
. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial projects, client relationship management, and
Channel Partner (CP) sourcing & management
to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through direct client interaction, networking, and market research.
Identify, source, and build strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs)
to expand sales reach and drive revenue.
Conduct site visits with clients and channel partners, explaining project features, USPs, and investment benefits.
Meet sales targets through effective negotiation and closure of deals.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
2-4years of experience in real estate sales, including CP sourcing & management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
